Bobbles NVQ Training Centre was established in 1991 and has trained over 100 apprentice hairdressers. The Training Centre has always focused on developing professional hairdressers in the shortest possible time. The Training Centre places great emphasis, apart from hairdressing, on developing young people's confidence, self belief and communication skills so that they can flourish in the competitive world of hairdressing.
Training day
Monday 9.00am - 3.00pm*
*Bobbles trainees always require models so if you want to become a Training Centre model contact the salon.
In addition to the training day a number of our trainees are available for model haircuts during the week depending upon availability. For further information contact the salon.
All of the trainees are fully supervised by fully qualified trainers with a minimum of ten years experience.

Our trainers
Education is the lifeblood of any salon to motivate, inspire, and deliver hairdressing skills that lead to personal success. we believe, and are committed to, encouraging trainees to achieve professional and personal growth by focusing on building competence and confidence through technical and creative excellence. We feel that NVQ apprenticship programmes provide the best platform for training and devlopment. The apprentices recieve intense 1:4 ratio training and they work in the salon which enhances the learning experience. By working in the salon they have to deliver high qaulity hairdrsssing and service to our clients who demand the best.
This programme allows them to earn whilst learning and has the benefit of working in a real salon environment which equips them for the true world of work and the ability to work as an integral part of a team.
The education is delivered by Sarah Garside, she is highly qualified, has exceptionally high standards, a wealth of experience and dedicated to her craft. Sarah has attended world class courses, Master Colour at Wella and Vidal Sassoons in London, for her continuous professional devlopment. Sarah cares passionately about the trainees and gives them support and guidance to achieve their goals. Many of the trainees progress to hair designers within the Bobbles salons.
